Organic Jamaican Mint 10g

Organic dried Jamaican mint (satureja viminea) from our permaculture garden located in an organic farm in Northern Taiwan.

Also known as bush mint and Costa Rican mint, it can help combat infections and reduce inflammation in the body.

🍵 Directions: add one tablespoon per cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

Organic Mugwort Smudge Stick

Handmade smudge stick made of organic Mugwort (artemisia vulgaris), that is grown in our permaculture garden in Taiwan.

Subtle, sweet scent and dream-inducing qualities.

The cotton (or hemp, it depends what is in stock) thread can be burnt too.

Net weight: 20~25g per smudge stick.

What is smudging? Our ancestors have been burning sacred and medicinal herbs for years, to remove negative energies from a person or a space, usually before a ceremony.

Burn the smudge stick on a fireproof surface. Open a window when burning the smudge stick, or do it in a semi-ventilated space.

Keep it in a dry space away from direct sunlight and make sure you do not have allergies to the plants first.
